At what age can I bring my child to Doodlekids salon?

We start working with kids from 1 year old, but the child’s readiness will determine whether we can successfully render the service. If the child is not ready, we unfortunately will have to stop the service.

Do you accept cash payments at the salon?

No, DoodleKids does not accept cash payments. We accept valid debit or credit cards, a payment link that you will be sent by the salon when you book via WhatsApp or call, and we also accept EFT payments into our bank account with proof of payment. This policy ensures a smooth and secure payment process for both our clients and staff.

How can I book an appointment at DoodleKids?

You can book an appointment online through our website or by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to the central booking number, 0678242667. Specify the salon you wish to visit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept rescheduling or cancellations 24 hours or more before your appointment time. If you do not cancel within this period or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit.

What are your working hours?

We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and Public Holidays, our hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Are walk-ins accepted at DoodleKids?

We work by appointment only and prioritise booked services. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

What types of hair care products do you offer?

We offer a range of products specifically designed for kids with kinky, coily, and curly hair. Our products include moisturizing shampoos, conditioners, detanglers, leave-in creams, and hair oils, all made with gentle and safe ingredients.

Can I bring more than one adult to my child's appointment?

Due to space limitations and health and safety reasons, only one adult or guardian is allowed per child during the salon visit.

What’s your policy on processing refunds for services not rendered?

If your appointment was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process the refund within 2-5 weekdays.
