Good to Know

At what age can I bring my child to a Doodlekids Haircare Studio?

We welcome children from 1 year old. Every child is different so we consider their readiness and comfort when providing a service. If your child is not ready for a particular service, we may need to stop or adjust the service.

Are walk ins accepted at DoodleKids?

DoodleKids is an appointment only Haircare Studio. We do not accept walk ins. Booking in advance ensures we have the time and space to give your child the care and attention they need.

How can I book an appointment at DoodleKids?

Appointments can be booked online through our website or directly through your preferred DoodleKids Studio. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

Do you accept cash payments at the studio?

No. DoodleKids is cashless. We accept debit and credit cards, EFT and secure payment links.

What are your working hours?

Studio hours vary by location. Please check with your preferred DoodleKids Haircare Studio for current opening hours.

What haircare products do you offer?

We offer a plant based haircare range made for children with natural hair, including kinky, coily and curly hair. Our range includes shampoo, conditioner, detangler, leave-in cream and hair oil.

Can I bring more than one person to my child’s appointment?

Because studio space is limited, only one accompanying person may attend with each child. Thank you for helping us keep our studios comfortable for everyone.

What is your policy on refunds for services not rendered?

If we are unable to provide the booked service for any reason, we will refund the service not rendered within 2–5 weekdays.
