Shipping Policy

After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner. We will contact you if there will be a delay. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Please arrange for someone to receive your package for you if you will not be able to. If packages are lost/stolen due to the courier leaving your package unattended or with an unauthorised person, NO REFUNDS will be given and no goods will be resent. Also ensure that products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat.
