Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us on products@doodlekids.co.za. Your satisfaction is our top priority!!
Exchanges
We have a 10 day policy on exchanges. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email using your order number as reference to products@doodlekids.co.za then wait for our instructions on how to proceed. Do not return goods before we respond to your email.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They should also be in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be granted where goods have obvious signs of malicious damage or they are returned more than 10 days after delivery. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed and and sent to you. You will be liable for shipping costs as shipping costs are non reundable.
